Ryan P. Dempsey began his insurance career in 2012 working with Northwestern Mutual's Boston Group as a Financial Representative.  In 2013 he graduated from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and joined New England Enrollment Strategies. Dempsey Benefits was established in 2016 as an independent insurance Brokerage focusing on voluntary employee benefits such as Life, Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Supplemental Health Insurance.

Ryan P. Dempsey is a licensed insurance agent within the state of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and holds a Producers Life, Accident & Health, and Property and Casualty insurance license.

Our mission is to provide cost effective benefit solutions to employees within the workplace and help employers control costs by enhancing their overall benefits package.
